Commission information, expectations, and terms for working with me.

Terms of Service

Payment will always be half upfront.

I will not do any work until then. I can negotiate for some upfront instead of all if it is a huge commission, but I will always expect a minimum of 25% upfront.
No refunds

All sales are final. If I cancel a commission through no fault of yours, you will receive a full refund for work not yet completed.
Reasonable deadlines

Deadlines must be reasonable. I am a high school student with other commitments. Rushed or unrealistic deadlines will be declined or carry a 30% rush fee.
Revisions happen during or shortly after the commission.

Revisions are allowed within 7 days of delivery. After that period, additional changes are considered a new commission.
No redistribution of code; I retain all IP rights.

All code and work I produce remains my intellectual property unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. You are licensed to use it for your project only. Redistribution, resale, or transfer to third parties is not permitted without my consent.
Ghosting results in a cancelled commission.

If a client is unresponsive for 5 days without notice, I will send one final warning. If there is no response within 2 days of that warning, the commission is cancelled with no refund. I will provide regular progress updates and communicate anticipated delays in advance.
